Optical white 2/1 rib provides a sharp, bright look and is often used as a contrast trim on dark sweat qualities or as a clean, uniform finish on light styles. The rib is well suited for rib cuffs, necklines and sleeve finishes on sweatshirts, trousers and jersey cardigans where you want more body in the edge.

The heavy 300 g/m² rib has a clear structure and stability, making it suitable for styles that are used actively. The rib recovers neatly after stretch, so finishes look clean. Optical white can also be used to create a more sporty look when combined with black or dark grey.

Fabric shops and clothing manufacturers often choose optical white as a standard colour for contrast details because it can be reordered and used across collections. It also works as a neutral base in ranges where customers request light trims and solid colour combinations.

Wash at 30 degrees, preferably inside out. Avoid tumble drying to preserve elasticity and shape.
