Rib Violet is tubular knit rib jersey in 95% cotton and 5% elastane, 230 g/m². The saturated violet colour is neither lilac leaning pink nor blue – a pure violet with depth and colour strength that remains consistent in production and washing.

Pure violet is one of the most difficult tones to reproduce in colour – many producers end up in lilac or aubergine. The violet rib is supplied with a consistent blue-red balance from batch to batch, so the colour character reads as recognisably violet and does not drift toward neighbouring tones.

Clothing brands with strong signature colours use violet rib jersey for seasonal statement pieces. The colour is typically used as an accent colour for black or white core production – one pair of cuffs or a neckline in violet is enough to lift a neutral base piece. Wash: 40°C machine wash, gentle spin. Dry flat to preserve colour saturation.

Combine with single jersey knit cotton in black or white for a sharp colour contrast with violet details.
