Petrol is tubular rib knit in 95% cotton and 5% elastane, 230 g/m² and 70–75 cm wide.

The petrol colour is deep and uniform from roll to roll — no visible colour changes between transitions. This dark blue-green shade pairs with both light and dark jersey qualities and works as a neutral finishing component in many productions. Used for rib trims, necklines and sleeve finishes on sweatshirts, jackets, bodysuits and childrenswear.

Tubular rib knit provides an extra thick and durable edge — especially good for necklines on childrenswear, where the edge must withstand frequent stretching and washing. Good shape retention after repeated washes without losing its original form and sheen.
