The bright red shade creates a crisp finish on both solid colour and printed cotton jersey. The colour is often used as a contrast on children’s wear, sweatshirts, dresses and bodysuits, where the rib edge is meant to be visible in the design.

Tubular rib provides excellent stretch and reliably recovers after use. The dense rib structure makes this quality ideal for ribbing fabric, necklines, sleeve finishes and hem bands. The 230 g/m² weight works well with midweight jersey knit fabric and jogging qualities, where the finish should have body without being too heavy.

Bright red is mainly ordered by fabric shops, small clothing manufacturers and hobby sewists who want a strong core colour for kids’ and leisurewear collections. The shade is practical in any range because it can be used both as a matching colour and as a contrast. Wash at 30 degrees with the fabric inside out. Avoid tumble drying to maintain elasticity, colour and shape stability wash after wash.
