Jersey print with jeans – 2 is a digital print in single jersey knit made from 95% cotton and 5% lycra, 220 g/m² and 160 cm wide.

The print is developed exclusively by Jydsk Stoflager and is not available anywhere else. Variant 2 in the jeans series has a clear woven look that gives a “denim feel” in the appearance, while you still get all the advantages of jersey. The quality is often used for T-shirts, tops, leggings and lightweight trousers for kids and juniors, and it also works for casual womenswear and menswear in small series.

The construction provides good crosswise elasticity and an even surface. This makes the fabric suitable when you want to sew garments that need to move, without the fit becoming unstable. The print is uniform and is not affected by stretch, so the jeans effect stays calm on finished styles.

Buyers in fabric shops often bring in jeans prints as a sellable alternative to solid colour navy and denim. Smaller manufacturers choose it for styles that should look like denim, but where production needs to be easier and more flexible. You get consistent fabric by the metre from roll to roll, making reordering more straightforward.

Wash at 30 degrees with the wrong side out. Avoid tumble drying, and preferably use mild detergent.
