The Spider-Man motif is printed on a french terry base, which provides more body than standard jersey knit fabric. This makes the quality relevant when you want to sew clothing that can be worn in changing temperatures without becoming too heavy.

French terry is often used for sweatshirts, trousers, shorts and lightweight sets for children. The elastic blend with lycra provides good freedom of movement, and the fabric works well for both all-over printed styles and combinations with solid colour panels.
