Cheesecloth is open, loosely woven cotton in 100% cotton with a lightweight and breathable construction. The material is Oeko-Tex 100 certified, weighs only 60 g/m² and is 105 cm wide — an ultra-lightweight with broad use from dairy production to decoration.

The fabric is used for cheesemaking and filtering dairy products, vegetable bundles and food straining in commercial kitchens, natural packaging material and gift wrapping in the craft segment, and for decorations, sets and theatre costumes with a light, airy drape.

The loose weave provides a unique combination of breathability and filtration performance — the Oeko-Tex 100 certification documents that the fabric has been tested for harmful chemicals and is suitable for direct food contact, a requirement for deliveries to professional kitchens, dairies and grocery chains with documentation requirements for packaging materials.
