The deep petrol blue colour is consistent from bolt to bolt, offering a sophisticated, classic look. This fabric is ideal for coats, blazers, dresses, trousers, and accessories – as well as upholstery and home textiles. Both clothing manufacturers, fabric shops, and hobby seamstresses choose boiled wool for projects requiring a dark, elegant appearance.

Boiled wool provides a firm handle and a structured surface that gives garments clean lines. The fibers retain heat without feeling heavy, and the natural elasticity ensures shape stability after repeated washing without deformation. Wash at 30°C inside out. Use wool detergent or gentle washing agents. Avoid tumble drying – lay flat or hang to dry. Press lightly with steam if needed.
