Dark grey melange gives a more graphic and toned-down look than light melange. This quality is often used for sweatshirts, hoodies, joggers and sets for both children and adults when you want a warm inside and an outer surface that appears even.

The brushed reverse adds warmth and a soft hand feel. At the same time, 4-way stretch provides a fit with good freedom of movement, and the fabric performs well in both relaxed and more fitted cuts. The melange effect can also be an advantage in core assortment items because it masks minor creases and delivers a stable colour expression.

Fabric shops and small clothing producers often choose dark grey melange as a basic colour because it is easy to combine with prints, contrast details and solid colour rib trims. The shade remains stable from roll to roll, making reordering and colour management easier in day-to-day operations.

Wash at 30 degrees and preferably inside out. Avoid tumble drying and hang to dry to keep the brushed surface looking neat.
