Small flowers in pastel give a fine, dense pattern commonly used for tops, leggings, dresses and light trousers. The compact motif also makes the fabric suitable for baby and children’s sizes, where you want to avoid large repeats that can disappear in the cutting.

The lighter weight of 200 g/m² gives a more airy feel without becoming sheer in standard jersey styles. Cotton with lycra provides good cross-stretch and helps garments retain their shape after wear. The print is consistent and unaffected by stretch, so the pattern lies evenly in both length and width.

Fabric stores typically stock small-scale prints as reliable metre goods for base collections. Smaller manufacturers use them for collections where efficient cutting with minimal waste is needed. The quality is a stocked item, so you can plan production with a short lead time.

Wash at 30°C inside out. Avoid tumble drying; press on a low setting if needed.

Combine with calm colours from Plain jersey for sleeve finishes, contrast panels or pockets.
