About this print
Corduroy with Stretch – Sand is a woven corduroy made from 98% cotton and 2% elastane, 282 g/m² and 142 cm wide.
Specifications:
– Material: 98% cotton, 2% elastane
– Weight: 282 g/m²
– Width: 142 cm
– Construction: Woven corduroy (wide-wale)
– Feature: Breathable
Sand-coloured wide-wale corduroy gives a warm, muted look that suits trousers, skirts, overshirts and jackets well. The colour also works in children’s ranges because it is calm and easy to combine with both natural tones and bright accent colours.
The combination of cotton and a small amount of elastane makes the quality more comfortable in use. You get a bit more give in the fit without the fabric losing the firm character expected from woven corduroy. The 282 g/m² weight provides enough body for garments to hold nicely while remaining suitable year-round.
When planning assortments, sand is a colour that is typically reordered. It sits between ecru and brown and can therefore cover several customer types within the same shop. That makes it relevant if you work with wholesale fabric suppliers and want to keep a core programme that can be topped up continuously.
Jydsk Stoflager supplies both fabric shops and smaller producers who want fabrics by the metre without long lead times. Searches like “fabric wholesale” and “buy wholesale fabric” are often about getting stable items delivered quickly so you can restock shelves or run a short production.
Wash at 30 degrees. Avoid tumble drying. Iron on low heat on the reverse side.
