Sage green is a muted green shade with a light, glossy look that gives the inside a more coloured appearance without feeling sharp. Acetate lining is often used for dresses, skirts, blazers and lightweight jackets. The colour is also ideal as a lining under coats and capes when you want a calm, Scandinavian tone as a contrast to, for example, grey, navy or sand-coloured outer fabrics.

Acetate provides a smooth touch and helps garments glide more easily when worn. This is an advantage in ranges where you want to minimise friction on the inside while keeping the lining lightweight. Some buyers ask whether acetate lining can be used in sleeves. It is often used specifically in blazer and jacket sleeves, because the smooth surface makes it easier to put the garment on over a layer.

Wash at 30 degrees on a gentle cycle. Avoid tumble drying. Always test pressing on a sample.
