Emerald Petrol is a bright blue-green like shallow water over pale sand. The colour in the collection that stops the eye in the shop. It sits exactly between blue and green and refuses to decide.

When the rib folds, the colour shifts slightly towards more blue or more green, giving life on the hanger. In a range of autumn browns and rust tones, this is the one that makes the customer pause. It is a cool colour that still feels warm on the skin, and therefore it also suits those that most blues make look pale.

Certified and animal-friendly: the wool is mulesing-free and comes from sheep that are not mulesed (a
painful procedure where skin is cut away around the tail). Woolmark confirms genuine
quality wool, and Oeko-Tex 100 means tested free from harmful substances.

Great for roll-neck tops, long-sleeve tops, leggings and close-fitting dresses, both as a single style and as a layer under outerwear. One garment in Emerald Petrol does more for a neutral wardrobe than three more neutrals, and it is easy to build a story around in the autumn and winter racks. Wash at 30° wool program, dry flat, never tumble dry, no chlorine, no
ironing, gentle dry clean. Shrinkage 3–5%.
