Wine red boiled wool is frequently used for jackets, short coats, vests, and warm skirts where a stable quality with a soft touch is desired. The color has depth and suits classic autumn and winter wear as well as providing contrast in accessories.

The bouclé structure provides more texture and fullness than many woven wool qualities. This makes the fabric suitable when you want a surface that looks subdued but still lively in texture. Wash as wool. Use wool program and wool detergent. Avoid tumble drying. Dry flat and optionally steam lightly from a distance.
