2 MM Lilac is a checked cotton canvas in 100% cotton, 140 cm wide. The fabric features a classic check pattern with 2 mm squares in lilac and white – a soft, Nordic colour tone suited to childrenswear, summer dresses and home decor fabric projects.

The lilac colour is consistent from roll to roll with no visible shade shifts or transitions. The check pattern is precisely woven and is not affected by handling during cutting or after washing. This fabric is used for children’s dresses, classic shirts, blouse details, curtains and patchwork projects by fabric shops, small clothing manufacturers and hobby sewists.

Woven cotton provides a firm handle and a structured surface – the fabric drapes nicely and holds its shape without feeling loose or fluid. Opacity is good, and colourfastness to normal washing and daylight is reliable. Wash at 40 degrees. Lightly press while the fabric is damp to maintain sheen. Avoid tumble drying – lay flat to dry.
