Welcome to our flame retardant fabric category, developed especially for professional sewing shops, event companies, workwear companies, theaters and exhibition centers. Our flame retardant fabrics combine high functionality with a stylish look, allowing you to create everything from workwear and stage pieces to curtains and decorations – always with proven fire safety.
What is flame retardant?
Flame retardant (FR) fabric is treated or produced to be self-breathing and resist ignition. Our primary range consists of 100% polyester bi-stretch, tested and classified as DIN 4102-1 class B2 for normal flame retardancy. This makes it ideal for both clothing and technical solutions where safety must not be compromised.
Certifications and washing properties
In addition to DIN 4102-1, we also supply specialty fabrics from Spain with a natural finish (linen look) suitable for curtains and home textiles. These products are extensively tested to international standards:
ISO 6330 – Domestic washes
ISO 10528 – Industrial cleaning (bed linen)
ISO 15797 – Industrial laundry (work clothes)
