Printed cotton jersey with small spring flowers – blue 5 is a digital print single jersey knit made from 95% cotton and 5% lycra, 200 g/m² and 150 cm wide.

The fine floral print in blue tones creates a light look, which many use for childrenswear ranges and small capsule collections. The quality is a strong choice for T-shirts, tops, leggings and dresses, and it also works for pyjamas and lightweight trousers where comfort and stretch are the focus.

The relatively light weight of 200 g/m² gives a flexible fabric by the metre that drapes nicely without being too heavy. At the same time, the lycra helps the garment keep its shape and feel stable in wear. The surface is smooth, and the print appears crisp on the knitted base.

Fabric shops often order floral prints as a supplement to solid colour basics because the pattern sells well across seasons. Wash at 30 degrees inside out. Avoid tumble drying, and use a mild detergent to support colour fastness wash after wash.
