The warm-toned brown melange delivers an authentic, casual look and works well with natural shades as well as ochre and terracotta tones. The colour is consistent from roll to roll – no shade changes at transitions. Used for rib trims and necklines on sweatshirts and cardigans, sleeve finishes on jackets and hoodies, cuffs on casualwear and unisex knitwear, and neck ribs on children’s clothing in sizes 50 to 164.

Dark Brown Melange stands out from standard grey and navy colours – a deliberate choice for collections with an earthy colour profile. The melange effect is created by yarn blending during the knitting process and gives a lively, textured surface that never looks flat. Dimensional stability remains high after repeated washing: the rib does not shrink and retains its elasticity. Wash at 30 degrees, inside out. Tumble drying is not recommended – the warm tone of the brown melange is best maintained by line drying. Iron inside out on medium heat.
