The jeans shade gives a classic denim look, but with extra warmth from teddy on the reverse. The quality is often used for jackets, vests, overshirts and lined garments when you want to offer your customers a more winter-oriented alternative to regular denim. The teddy backing can also work as a visible inside on open jackets or as details.

In production, 520 g/m² means the fabric has good stability. It keeps its shape in larger parts and gives a firm feel when sewing, for example, collars, plackets and pockets. It is a good choice when you want body without moving into true upholstery weight.

Fabric shops often buy this type as wholesale fabric, because the denim look is easy to sell across target groups and because quilted piece goods stand out on a new arrivals wall. Smaller producers use it as an outer fabric for small runs where a clear seasonal product is wanted without complicated material combinations. It also works well alongside quilted jersey and other padded jersey qualities in a winter assortment, and as a complement to denim fabric wholesale ranges.

Wash at 30 degrees. Avoid tumble drying. Always do a wash test before putting the fabric into regular production.
