The aeroplanes give the grey melange base a clear motif. This quality is often used for sweatshirts, joggers, hoodies and lightweight jackets for children. The brushed back provides more warmth than an unbrushed sweat quality and makes the fabric relevant for clothing in the cooler months.

The lycra content adds stretch, so the garment can follow movement. When cutting, you should consider both the motif direction and the fabric’s stretch. This helps you place the aeroplanes consistently on the visible parts of the garment.

For fabric shops, the motif is an option to supplement solid colour sweat fabrics with a patterned quality. Smaller clothing producers can use it for short runs where several garment types need to be cut from the same fabric. The width of 150 cm is useful to include in calculations when planning consumption and placement of pattern pieces.

Wash at 30 degrees inside out, and avoid tumble drying.
