Digital print cotton jersey – Abstract alphabet is a digital print in single jersey knit quality made of 95% cotton and 5% lycra, 220 g/m² and 160 cm wide.

Exclusively developed by Jydsk Stoflager, this print is not available elsewhere. The abstract alphabet provides a graphic expression well-suited for children’s collections and unisex series where a pattern that can be mixed with solid colours is desired.

The jersey base with lycra offers good mobility in garments. The 220 g/m² weight makes the quality suitable for T-shirts, blouses, leggings, and lightweight trousers. Many also use this print for hats and neck warmers where a clear motif is important and needs to withstand repeated washing.

The stretchability is advantageous in production, as it allows a forgiving fit and lets the garment follow movement without feeling tight. At the same time, the fabric is stable enough to perform consistently in series production for uniform results with repeated cuts.

Fabric shops often add new digital prints as novelties, while smaller clothing manufacturers use them for short runs without minimum orders on custom designs. The 160 cm width optimizes fabric use per roll for ordered quantities.

Wash at 30 degrees inside out. Avoid tumble drying. Iron at low heat.

Combine with base colours from Solid colour jersey for neck ribs, contrast parts, and calm backgrounds.
