About this print

Safari animals by the blue watering hole is a digital print on 95% cotton and 5% lycra, 220 g/m² and 160 cm wide.

Blue water from a watering hole winds through the print, where hippos lie with their heads above the water and giraffes bend down to drink. Elephant calves, zebras and lion cubs stand on the grassy banks. The colours are brighter and more vibrant than in the watercolour print on cream.

The repeat of 37.5 cm is large, so there are many animals to look at within a single motif field. Sew rib cuffs in light blue or green to pick up the colour from the water and grass.

The design is developed exclusively by Jydsk Stoflager and is not available anywhere else. The motif is drawn for childrenswear such as T-shirts, sweatshirts, dresses and bodysuits. The colours are consistent from roll to roll, and the print is not affected by stretch.

Wash at 30 degrees inside out. Avoid tumble drying and line dry the fabric.
