Warm grey upholstery velour gives sofas and chairs a soft velour surface, and the felt backing keeps the fabric stable when it is pulled over a frame. 100% polyester, 350 g/m², 142 cm wide.

Warm grey is a mid grey with a faint mauve-brown cast. It is darker than silver grey and warmer than slate grey. We suggest it for armchairs and benches. It sits well next to dusty pink, burgundy, oak and brass.

The felt backing makes the fabric stable and easy to staple, so it holds its shape on seats, backs and arms. The thinner velour without felt suits cushions and sewn items better, while this quality is the one we recommend for actual upholstery.

Like all velour, the fabric shows a slight shading effect when the pile is brushed in different directions. Lay all pattern pieces with the pile in the same direction when cutting, so a sofa or a headboard gets the same shade everywhere.
