Cotton seersucker with stripes in pink is a lightweight woven cotton fabric with a characteristic crinkled surface and alternating smooth and puckered stripes. The construction is achieved by weaving yarns with different tension, which crinkle and create the textured effect.

Well-suited for summer dresses, blouses and children’s clothing where airiness and a light structure are important. Used for pyjamas and nightwear, as the fabric stays away from the skin and promotes air circulation. Works well for light outerwear such as shirt dresses and short jackets for summer months.

Seersucker requires minimal ironing — the puckered surface provides natural slip and conceals creases. This saves time in production and gives the end user a low-maintenance product.
