Description

Crushed velvet fabric in turquoise is a knitted velour made of 100% polyester with a soft, color-shifting surface that changes between turquoise and teal shades depending on light direction and stretch.

Specifications:

  • Material: 100% polyester
  • Surface: Crushed velour — color-shifting effect
  • Features: Soft, stretchable
  • Stretch: 2-way
  • Color: Turquoise (blue-green)

The color moves between bright turquoise and deep teal — the visual effect is most pronounced in close-fitting cuts, where the knit stretches crosswise. Used for leggings, party dresses, loose tops, and cosplay costumes. The turquoise shade suits both children’s and adult clothing and is ideal for theatrical costumes and stage outfits.

The velour surface provides good coverage and is not transparent under normal stretch. Tight knit with uniform surface from roll to roll — no visible color shifts or surface irregularities between deliveries.

Fabric stores and hobby seamstresses working with party and costume sewing order crushed velvet in turquoise as a regular stock item during seasons with increased demand for costume fabric. Stock item — ready for dispatch the same day when ordered before 12 PM.

Wash at 30 degrees with the garment inside out. Avoid tumble drying — hang to dry. Do not iron directly on the velour surface.

Combine with crushed velvet in blue or navy from our solid colour jersey collection for contrast details and seam edges.

Order from 10m — delivery 1–3 business days in Scandinavia.
