Violet tulle is often used for tulle skirts, dress layers, costumes, and decorative tasks where volume is desired without the material getting heavy. The open mesh structure provides a light appearance, and the 240 g/m² weight adds more fullness than very light tulle.

The polyester quality makes the tulle practical to handle. It retains shape in layers, and the mesh structure facilitates working with gathers and gathering tapes when making skirt lengths or decorative ruffles. The tulle can also be used as an overlay when you want to tone down a base color and create a more subdued color play.
