About this print

Organza in raspberry is airy yet still holds its shape. The fabric is woven in 100% polyamide (nylon), weighs around 20 g/m² and is transparent with a glossy, lightly shimmering surface. Raspberry is a warm, strong pink that feels cheerful and festive.

Use it for overskirts, skirts and layers on dresses for parties and confirmations, or for small gift bags for sugared almonds, gifts and table decorations. Organza is also great for veils, bows, costumes and decorations where you want lightness and an airy look. In multiple layers the colour becomes deeper, and layered over another fabric, organza adds shine and a subtle tint of colour.

The cut edge frays, so a French seam, rolled hem or a narrow edge finished with bias tape gives the neatest result. A fine needle and slightly shorter stitches make it easier to control the slippery fabric.
