Our sky blue organza is woven from fine nylon threads, making the fabric thin, crisp and transparent at the same time. At around 20 g/m² it is almost weightless, and the surface has a distinct sheen. Sky blue is a light, fresh blue reminiscent of a clear summer sky.

Use it for chair bows, table runners and decorations for weddings and celebrations, or for lightweight curtains and voile where daylight should come in but the view is softened. Organza is also great for veils, bows, costumes and decorations where you want a light, airy look. In multiple layers the colour becomes deeper, and when layered over another fabric, organza adds shine and a subtle tint of colour.

The fabric is smooth and frays at the edge. Place tissue paper underneath while sewing, use a fine needle, and finish edges with a French seam or rolled hem.
