About this print

Reindeer drawn in a Nordic style, small and simple in cream, running in loose rows across a soft mid grey. From a distance, the print reads like a folk knit pattern and only shows the animals up close.

The mid grey base is what keeps the quality selling after December. Sewn as a simple roll neck, it can pass as a textured grey top, which is useful for a Christmas fabric.

Certified and animal-friendly: the wool is mulesing-free and comes from sheep that are not mulesed (a
painful procedure where skin is cut away around the tail). Woolmark confirms genuine
quality wool, and Oeko-tex 100 means tested free from harmful substances.

Suitable for roll necks, sweaters, nightwear, children’s tops and dresses for Christmas Eve. As a metre good, it is a calm Christmas item that still signals winter, even when the shop has moved on from December. Wash at 30°C wool programme, dry flat, never tumble dry, no chlorine, no
ironing, gentle dry clean. Shrinkage 3-5%.
