Midnight Blue is the colour of the sky just after the last light – dark enough to feel deep, yet still clearly blue. A classic that can stay in the range all year, for both adult and children’s clothing.

In daylight, the blue stands out clearly in the rib, and indoors it looks almost black. That makes it a safe choice for customers who want a dark base fabric and feel black is too harsh.

Certified and animal-friendly: the wool is mulesing-free and comes from sheep that are not mulesed (a painful procedure where skin is cut away around the tail). Woolmark stands for genuine quality wool, and Oeko-Tex 100 means tested free from harmful substances.

Suitable for long-sleeve tops, turtlenecks, leggings and simple dresses, and for base layers for school children in winter. Midnight Blue pairs with white, grey, ochre, red and denim, making it easy to sell alongside almost anything in the shop. Wash at 30° wool programme, dry flat, never tumble dry, no bleaching, no ironing. Shrinkage 3–5%. Store flat.
