Graphite sits one step from black, a very dark grey with a blue-black cast, like a pencil tip. Next to true black, the colour looks softer and less strict, and that is usually what the customer really wants.

In rib, the channels read almost black while the raised lines stand grey, creating a discreet stripe when seen from a distance. It is this texture that keeps a simple graphite top from ever looking cheap.

Certified and animal-friendly: the wool is mulesing-free and comes from sheep that are not mulesed (a
painful procedure where skin is cut away around the tail). Woolmark confirms genuine
quality wool, and Oeko-Tex 100 means tested free from harmful substances.

Suitable for everyday tops, leggings, roll-necks, base layers and school jumpers. As a solid basic colour it brings calm to the display, but it still looks alive in the light because the rib draws the surface. Wash at 30° wool program, dry flat, never tumble dry, no chlorine, no
ironing, gentle dry clean. Shrinkage 3–5%.
