Double Gauze Red

Description

Red is woven double gauze in 100% cotton, 130 g/m² and 135 cm wide. A bright, warm red with a matte surface that shows clearly in a lightweight fabric.

Double gauze is two thin layers of gauze stitched together, making the fabric airy with a soft drape. The surface has a light, crinkled texture that is characteristic of muslin. The breathable weave makes the fabric cool to wear, and it becomes softer with every wash.

Red is used for summer dresses, tunics, lightweight trousers, scarves and babywear. The strong colour works well as a statement colour in a childrenswear collection and pairs easily with neutral tones. The colour is consistent from roll to roll, so strong shades can be sewn together without visible shifts.
