Double Gauze Ochre

Description

Ochre is woven double gauze in 100% cotton, 130 g/m² and 135 cm wide. The warm ochre-yellow tone is earthy and cosy and creates a natural look.

Double gauze consists of two thin layers of gauze fastened together. This creates an airy fabric with good breathability and a light, crinkled texture that becomes more pronounced after washing. The surface is characteristic of muslin and means garments do not need ironing to look right. The fabric gets softer with every wash.

Used for summer dresses, scarves, loose tunics and babywear. The warm ochre suits both womenswear and childrenswear and pairs easily with deep earth tones and light neutrals. The cosy tone works well as an accent in a neutral range and as a warm main colour in lightweight autumn styles.
