Mauve is woven double gauze in 100% cotton, 130 g/m² and 135 cm wide. The dusty lilac shade is muted and warm, creating a calm look for lightweight sewing projects.

Double gauze is two thin layers of gauze attached together, making the fabric airy and soft. The light, crinkled texture is typical of muslin, and the fabric becomes softer with every wash without losing its texture.

Mauve is used for summer dresses, tunics, loose shirts and babywear. The muted lilac particularly suits girlswear and womenswear and pairs well with both neutral and warm tones. The breathable weave keeps the fabric cool to wear in warm weather.

The colour is consistent from roll to roll, so lengths can be sewn together without visible shade changes, making it easy to work with in production.
