Description

DUSTY TERRA is single jersey knit bamboo jersey in 95% bamboo and 5% lycra, 240 g/m² and 150 cm wide.

Specifications:
– Material: 95% bamboo, 5% lycra
– Weight: 240 g/m²
– Width: 150 cm
– Certification: Oeko-Tex
– Stretch: 4-way
– Construction: Single jersey knit

The colour DUSTY TERRA has a muted, dusty look with warm tones, which works well in core collections and as a calm counterbalance to prints. Bamboo jersey is often used for T-shirts, tops, leggings and bodysuits when you want a soft touch and good freedom of movement. The 240 g/m² weight gives a little more body than a lightweight summer knit, without being too heavy.

The bamboo fibre contributes to a smooth surface and a comfortable hand feel. The lycra content makes the quality more shape-retentive, so garments keep their shape after repeated washing and wear. 4-way stretch also makes it easier to achieve neat edges and a fit that follows movement in both length and width.

This quality is typically ordered by fabric shops and smaller clothing manufacturers looking for a consistent core item for collections and reorders. Consistency from roll to roll makes production planning and colour matching easier. The fabric by the metre is also suitable for combining with other knit qualities in the same weight class.

Wash at 30 degrees and preferably inside out. Avoid tumble drying, and hang to dry to maintain elasticity.

Combine with solid colour basics from Solid colour jersey or find matching qualities under Jersey fabric.
