The classic 10 mm checks are a timeless pattern that suits childrenswear, adult trousers, shirts, and summer dresses. The colour is a bright, warm lemon that will not fade from UV light under normal indoor and outdoor use. The fabric is used by small clothing manufacturers and fabric shops for shirts, blouse fabrics, and lightweight outerwear.

Woven cotton in this weight provides a stable construction that does not crease after washing and drapes neatly without stiffness. The symmetry of the checks is consistent from roll to roll — no visible colour changes or pattern shifts between batches. The fabric stays dimensionally stable after repeated washing and is suitable for both industrial and artisan production.

Wash at 40°C, lightly press while the fabric is damp. Avoid tumble drying — dry flat.
