About this interfacing

Vlieseline H180 fusible interfacing is a lightweight, fixable nonwoven in 85% polyamide and 15% recycled polyester, 37 g/m² and 90 cm wide. It provides support without making the fabric stiff, making it a good choice for lightweight and smooth qualities.

H180 is used for small parts on blouses and shirts, e.g. collars, sleeve finishes and button plackets, and for front pieces in lightweight fabrics. The interfacing becomes soft and flexible in the finished garment and follows the fabric’s movements. It holds well on smooth qualities such as viscose and cupro.

How to iron it on: place the adhesive side against the wrong side of the fabric, cover with a damp cloth, and press the iron down at medium heat for approx. 12 seconds per area. Lift the iron and move it, instead of sliding it back and forth. Let the piece cool before continuing to sew.

The interfacing can withstand washing at 40 degrees and dry cleaning. Avoid bleaching and tumble drying.
