Lemon is a soft, warm yellow tone — not strikingly sharp, yet still visible and energetic. Poplin is tightly woven and holds its shape without being stiff. The fabric drapes beautifully and is used for summer shirts, dresses, childrens trousers and lightweight tops. Lemon feels fresh without looking childish — suitable for both childrenswear and adult clothing.

Poplin is known for its smooth, consistent weave from roll to roll — no visible shade shifts between stock batches. Cotton provides natural breathability, which means garments feel comfortable in warm weather and can be worn for long periods without feeling clammy. The tight weave ensures good coverage with no transparency.

The fabric is ordered by fabric shops, small clothing manufacturers and hobby sewists working with a summer collection or wanting a warm, friendly base feel. Lemon works well as an accent colour or as the main shade in a light summer wardrobe. Stock item — ready to ship the same business day when ordered before 12:00.

Wash at 30 degrees, inside out. Iron at medium heat while the fabric is damp. Avoid tumble drying.

Combine with our other solid poplin fabric from the poplin collection or use as a base layer with contrast-coloured ribbons and bindings.

Order from 10m — delivery 1-3 business days in Scandinavia.
