Light sand canvas fabric is a heavy fabric in 100% cotton, 225 g/m² and 140 cm wide. It is woven in a panama weave, which gives a lightly ribbed surface and a firm, robust fabric.

Specifications: Canvas is heavy and holds its shape, but it is still easy to sew on a standard sewing machine. The fabric becomes a little softer with every wash and each time it is used, so a bag or apron quickly gets a lived-in look.

Light sand is a light, greyish beige. It suits home textiles in natural tones and tote bags.

This quality is used for bags and tote bags, aprons, cushion covers, tablecloths, curtains, storage and relaxed trousers and jackets. It is also suitable for workwear and shoes. For upholstery covers on seating surfaces, we recommend an upholstery fabric wholesale quality with an abrasion test, as this canvas is not tested according to Martindale.

All colours are the same quality, so fabric shops and sewing workshops can mix colours in the same order and keep the same weight and width across the entire range. We ship from our warehouse in Ikast.

Wash at 30 degrees. Do not bleach, dry clean or tumble dry. Iron at low heat.

See more qualities under Home furnishing fabric and half panama and canvas.
