Dove blue canvas fabric is a heavy fabric in 100% cotton, 225 g/m² and 140 cm wide. It is woven in a Panama weave, which gives a lightly ribbed surface and a firm, robust fabric.

Specifications: Canvas is heavy and holds its shape, yet it is still easy to sew on a standard sewing machine. The fabric becomes a little softer with each wash and every time it is used, so a bag or an apron quickly develops a lived-in look.

Dove blue is a mid blue with a grey cast. It is a calm colour for cushion covers, aprons and workwear.

This quality is used for bags and tote bags, aprons, cushion covers, tablecloths, curtain fabric, storage and relaxed trousers and jackets. It also works for workwear and shoes. For upholstery on seating surfaces, we recommend an upholstery fabric with an abrasion test, as this canvas is not tested to Martindale.

All colours are the same quality, so fabric shops and sewing workshops can mix colours in the same order and keep the same weight and width across the entire range. We ship from our warehouse in Ikast.

Wash at 30 degrees. Do not bleach, dry clean or tumble dry. Iron on low heat.

See more qualities under Home furnishing fabric and half panama canvas and canvas.
