Stretch denim green camouflage is a knitted denim quality in 67% cotton, 31% polyester and 2% elastane, 275 g/m² and 145 cm wide.

Green camouflage delivers a striking pattern for trousers, skirts, lightweight jackets and shackets. The knitted construction makes this quality different from rigid, woven denim. That is why it is worth considering when the garment should be based on denim, while still offering freedom of movement.

The 275 g/m² weight adds more body than a lightweight single jersey knit. This makes the fabric relevant for garments where you want a clear shape while taking advantage of the stretch. Consider the direction of the pattern when placing pieces on the fabric. Cutting in the same direction creates a more cohesive look across a series.

For fabric shops, the green version is an alternative to classic blue denim. It can be displayed alongside solid colour fabrics so customers can see which colours work with the camouflage. Smaller manufacturers can use the quality for limited runs of everyday wear. Sew a test first so seams and topstitching suit the knitted construction.

Wash at 30 degrees with the wrong side out, and avoid tumble drying. A pre-washed test piece helps you check measurements before production.
