The elephant motif on an ecru base creates a calm look that works well in ranges for both babies and children. The rib structure adds more body than standard jersey and an elastic surface that follows movement without losing shape. If your customers are looking for stretch rib knit fabric or a tubular rib look, this type of rib jersey often fits the requirement.

Rib jersey is often used for bodysuits, leggings, tops and all-in-ones where a close fit and good crosswise stretch are needed. The quality is also ideal for hats and neck warmers in matching series, because the rib lies neatly and stays in place.

The stretch performance is a clear advantage in production. Rib knit provides good freedom of movement, while elastane helps the fabric keep its shape from wash to wash. This makes the quality relevant when you build a permanent line of baby rib knit fabric or rib knit fabric for leggings.

Fabric shops and smaller manufacturers typically order this type of printed rib jersey fabric by the metre for short to medium runs where a recognisable motif is wanted on a stable base. Stock availability from Ikast ensures fast replenishment when a colour or motif sells through.

Wash at 30 degrees, preferably inside out. Avoid tumble drying to preserve rib structure and stretch.
