Navy is woven double gauze in 100% cotton, 130 g/m² and 135 cm wide. The classic navy blue keeps its colour beautifully wash after wash.

Specifications:

Colourfast and consistent from roll to roll, so dark lengths can be sewn together without visible differences. This makes Navy an obvious core base colour that many manufacturers keep in stock all year round.

The construction is two thin layers of cotton stitched together, making the fabric airy and soft without becoming heavy. The surface has a light, crinkled texture. Navy is used for shirts, dresses, loose trousers, babywear and swaddles – anywhere you want a cool, soft fabric for warm weather.

Navy is ordered by fabric shops and clothing manufacturers who need a dark neutral for summer collections, and by hobby sewists working with lightweight qualities. As a base colour it is easy to resell by the metre throughout the season, and it pairs with virtually all colours in the range. A strong choice when you want a dark ground colour that does not feel heavy in lightweight summer clothing. Stock item and ready to ship the same business day when ordered before 12:00.

Wash at 30 degrees inside out. Pre-washing is recommended, as double gauze shrinks slightly the first few times.
