Red vichy checks are often used for shirts, lightweight dresses, aprons and children’s clothing when you want a clear, classic pattern. The checks create a calm look from a distance, while adding structure up close, making the quality easy to style in both modern and more traditional lines.

The lightweight 110 g/m² weight provides a more airy fabric than standard canvas fabric. This means garments drape more neatly in width and pleats, and the fabric feels lighter in wear. The woven construction also helps keep the shape and provides stable cutting performance in production.

Buyers choose vichy checks when they want a fabric by the metre that is easy to plan in series and colour variants. The pattern appears uniform from roll to roll, which is important when reordering for the same style or continuously topping up a retail shelf.

Wash at 30–40 degrees. Pre-washing is recommended before cutting. Avoid tumble drying.

Combine with basics in the same product group from Cotton canvas when you want a consistent construction across patterned and solid colour.

Order from 10m – delivery 1–3 business days in Scandinavia
