Viscose Jersey Ecru is a single jersey knit made from 95% viscose and 5% lycra, 220 g/m² and 145–150 cm wide.

Ecru sits within the light natural palette and is often used for T-shirts, tops, dresses and lightweight cardigans when you want a calm, non-seasonal look. The shade pairs easily with both warm sand tones and darker contrasts, allowing you to build ranges with few colours and many styling combinations.

The soft viscose provides an even surface and a beautiful drape, making this quality suitable for styles with movement. Lycra makes the material more shape-stable, so garments do not feel limp after wear. The 220 g/m² weight creates a well-balanced fabric that can be used year-round.

Buyers often choose ecru as a core colour in the assortment because it sells steadily and works across multiple customer segments. Fabric shops use the colour as an alternative to white, while smaller producers use it for classic designs that are reordered continuously.

Wash at 30°C inside out. Avoid tumble drying. Let garments dry on a hanger or flat to maintain drape and stretch.

Combine with more shades from Viscose jersey – luxury for a cohesive core range.
