Foil with squares – Gold is a stretch foil fabric in 95% polyester and 5% elastane, 160 g/m² and 160 cm wide.

Specifications: Gold foil with a square pattern is often used for stagewear, leggings, bodysuits and show tops, where light and movement need to highlight the surface. The quality is also suitable for contrast parts such as sleeves, side panels and details on performance costumes when you want to create a cohesive look across a range.

The weight of 160 g/m² provides a lightweight to midweight fabric that can be used in close-fitting cuts without becoming too heavy. Polyester makes the surface more stable in use, and elastane contributes stretch so the garment can move with the wearer.

The item is typically purchased by professional dancewear manufacturers and fabric shops that need to offer effect fabrics as a consistent supplement to core lines. It is practical in the range when your customers request fabrics for performances, events and stage use. Cut with a sharp knife or rotary cutter for a clean edge, and test thread/tension so the seam can stretch.

Wash at 30 degrees on a gentle cycle. Turn inside out. Avoid tumble drying and high heat to protect the foil surface.

Combine with other effect fabrics from Fashion fabric in the same colour tone when putting together a collection.

Order from 10m – delivery 1–3 business days in Scandinavia
