Sand 2 is a calm, neutral colour that is often used in basic programmes for baby and childrenswear as well as timeless colours for womens and mens apparel. The quality is suitable for T-shirts, blouses, dresses and leggings where an elastic fabric by the metre with a uniform look is desired.

Colours in solid colour jersey are relevant when you want to ensure a stable starting point for repeated reorders. This makes it easier to build an assortment where shades can be combined with both prints and other basic colours without the look becoming too busy.

Fabric shops often buy Sand 2 as a shelf stock item because it sells across seasons and matches many collections. Smaller producers choose the colour for short and medium runs where a predictable fabric quality in production is important.

Wash at 30 degrees inside out. Avoid tumble drying to preserve stretch and colour.

Supplement with more basic shades in the same quality from Cotton jersey and use Rib jersey for necklines and rib finishes.
