Punto Knit – Dark Petrol is heavy punto knit in 65% viscose, 30% poly and 5% elastane, 320 g/m² and 150 cm wide.

Specifications: Dark Petrol sits between blue and green and creates a deeper, modern colour expression. Heavy punto is often used for dresses, trousers, skirts and cardigans when you want a quality with good body without being overly heavy. The colour works well in collections where you want variation from black and navy while maintaining a calm look.

The punto knit construction is known for a clean surface and stability that makes pattern pieces easier to handle in production. The stretch provides good freedom of movement, while the poly content contributes durability for everyday wear. Viscose adds a smooth handfeel and beautiful drape, which is especially noticeable in dresses and wide trouser legs.

Fabric shops and smaller producers often choose this type of yardage when they want to offer a reliable quality for core programmes and repeat reorders. The 150 cm width provides good yield when laying out pieces across multiple sizes.

Wash at 30 degrees. Avoid tumble drying. Dry flat to support shape stability.

Combine with other fabrics in the same family via Heavy punto.

Order from 10m – delivery 1–3 business days in Scandinavia
