Punto knit – Black is heavy punto in punto knit quality in 65% viscose, 30% polyester and 5% elastane, 320 g/m² and 150 cm wide.

Specifications: Black heavy punto is often used as a core item in both fabric shops and production, because the colour is easy to repeat across collections. The quality has a firmness that gives clean lines in cuts, and it is well suited for trousers, skirts, simple dresses and blazers. It also works for styles where you want to minimise transparency and achieve a more structured drape.

The 320 g/m² weight makes the material shape-stable in use. Viscose provides a soft touch and a beautiful drape, while the polyester content contributes to durability. Elastane adds stretch, so garments offer good freedom of movement without losing shape as quickly as lighter qualities.

Buyers often choose black heavy punto as a permanent stock line, because it can be sold year-round and used across multiple product groups. This makes planning easier when you want a core quality that can be reordered and used in both basics and seasonal colours.

Wash at 30 degrees. Avoid tumble drying, and let the garment dry gently to maintain its shape.

Find more variants in the same quality under Heavy punto.

Order from 10m – delivery 1–3 business days in Scandinavia
